Antioxidant Shake

Long days in the sun? Try this antioxidant rich smoothie with all the goods for your skin.

Ingredients:
3/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen zucchini
1/2 cup full fat non dairy milk
1 serving preferred vanilla protein powder
1 tbs flax oil
1-2 tbs tocos (Sunpotion)
1 tbs coconut butter (any nut butter can work)
2 tsp. Bilberry powder*
1 tbs collagen peptides*
Handful of ice

Note: If you don’t have or don’t want to use the added boosts you can simply omit

(You can sub tocos and coconut butter for 1/4 cup soaked cashews for a similar creamy texture)

Method:
Toss ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth, top with blueberries, chopped pistachio, and coconut
